My Thinning Blue Line Speech is perfect for law enforcement executives, recruiters, and those passionate about helping the profession overcome the current vacancy crisis.  In this speech, I give listeners innovative strategies for addressing their agency's struggles with recruiting and retention. I address generational differences and how agencies must adjust their approach to attract and retain the younger generation. I discuss social media, particularly LinkedIn, and it's uses in attracting the best talent to your organization. Finally, I share my reasoning for why retention is actually more essential than recruiting in lowering vacancy rates in law enforcement.
